Nguyen Van Hien

Nguyen Van Hien is currently the Chairman of the University's Board of Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE). His research areas include Biology Education, STEM Education, higher education governance, Continuing Training, and Professional Development. Additionally, he has served as a Member of the International Network of Teacher Education Institutions (INTEI) associated with the UNESCO Chair in Reorienting Education towards Sustainability. He leads the Vietnamese team in some international research projects such as the Joint Project in Science Education Research and Practice - STEM for Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam; AI powered inclusive education digital transformation in Vietnam.

Ovid Chih-Lang Tzeng

Professor Tzeng is a distinguished Research Fellow and an Academician at Academia Sinica, recognized for his expertise in cognitive neuroscience and neurolinguistics. In 2010, he was elected as a Fellow of the World Academy of Sciences. Throughout his career, Professor Tzeng has published hundreds of academic papers and serves on the editorial boards of several prestigious international journals in the fields of linguistics, psychology, and cognitive science. He is also an active contributor of scientific articles and popular science essays, earning widespread acclaim as an exceptional storyteller.

Kenneth Pugh

Kenneth R. Pugh, PhD, is a researcher and educator who focuses on the neurobiology of typical and atypical language and reading development in children. His research program falls primarily in two broad domains: cognitive neuroscience and psycholinguistics. He was among the first scientists to use functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to reveal brain activity associated with reading and reading disabilities.

Ram Frost

Ram Frost is a professor of psychology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem with affiliations to Haskins Laboratories in New Haven, US, and The Basque Center for Cognition Brain and Language (BCBL) in San Sebastian, Spain. He is a world-leading expert on cross-linguistic differences in reading. His research on reading in Hebrew has changed the prevalent anglocentric theoretical perspectives of reading research and has changed the educational system of Israel and its methods of teaching reading.

Chun-Yen Chang

Chun-Yen Chang's research interests mainly cover science education, digital learning, interdisciplinary learning, and science communication. He is also serving as an editor of several international educational academic journals. In 2003, 2009, and 2012, he was awarded the National Science Council Outstanding Research Award (Science Education) by the Executive Yuan. The "Cloud Classroom (CCR)" developed by Prof. Chang's team has been widely promoted.
