Yu-Ju Lan

Dr. Yu-Ju Lan is a Professor in the Department of Chinese as a Second Language at National Taiwan Normal University. She is currently the Editor-in-Chief of Educational Technology & Society and on the editorial board of Language Learning & Technology. Her research interests include technology-enhanced foreign language learning, language learning in virtual worlds, mobile learning, and online synchronous teacher training. She has published over 40 SSCI journal papers. Dr. Lan has proposed the principles of designing tasks and VR contexts based on empirical evidence. As the need for using VR in learning grows, her pioneering works could provide essential implications for academia, education, and industries.

Stefanie Leong

(Head of Development and Recognition - Asia Pacific IB Global Centre, Singapore) Based in the IB Global Centre in Singapore, Stefanie has over 15 years of experience in education management. Before joining the IB in 2012, Stefanie worked for an international education provider of international qualifications for five to 19 year-olds, and prior to that, she taught Commerce and Information Technology in an Australian university.

As the Head of Development in International Baccalaureate Asia Pacific Global Centre based in Singapore, Stefanie oversees the development of schools interested in offering the IB programmes and becoming IB World Schools, along with managing the relationship between the IB and universities, governments, education authorities and associations. Though based in Singapore, the IB Asia Pacific’s Development function has colleagues strategically located in Australia, China, India, and Japan in order to locally strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and ensure the IB programmes are running align with the mission. The Development function also organises events such as the Recognition Forums, IB Community events and Orientation sessions in order to education and provide support to schools and for recognition and advocacy efforts of the IB.

羅智成

詩人、作家、文化評論者。
台灣大學哲學系畢業，美國威斯康辛大學(UW-Madison)東亞語文碩士，博士班肆業。

曾任中時報系副總編輯、美商康泰納仕雜誌集團（Vogue、GQ）編輯總監、樺舍文化事業總經理、《TO'GO》旅遊雜誌創辦人兼發行人、FM91.7電台創辦人兼台長、象形文字傳播公司創辦人、閱讀地球文化事業發行人、台灣創新發展公司董事等。並於各大學兼任教職。 公職方面曾任台北市政府新聞處處長、駐香港光華新聞文化中心主任、中央通訊社社長、常務監察人等。現為文化事業負責人。 1975年出版第一本詩集《畫冊》，隨後陸續出版、再版《光之書》、《傾斜之書》、《泥炭紀》、《寶寶之書》、《黑色鑲金》、《夢中書房》、《夢中情人》、《夢中邊陲》、《地球之島》、《透明鳥》、《諸子之書》、《迷宮書店》、《問津》、《荒涼糖果店》、《知識也是一種美感經驗》等詩集、故事、散文、評論、遊記及旅遊攝影集共二十餘種。
